Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Deleza handles information when you use the App. Deleza is a local self-care record for daily check-ins, cycle rhythm, personal notes, and comfort cues. The App does not require an account.
Information You Choose to Keep
The App stores the cycle dates, check-ins, written notes, plans, optional comfort photos, and optional voice notes that you choose to add. This content is kept in the App’s local storage on your device so you can use its check-in, calendar, history, notes, and Comfort Kit features.
How Your Local Records Are Used
Your local records are used within the App to present your own rhythm, reflections, and self-care prompts. We do not send your check-ins, notes, comfort photos, or voice notes to us for advertising, profile creation, photo analysis, or audio analysis.
Limited Technical and Attribution Information
To support app operation and measure how an installation reached the App, the App may transmit limited technical and attribution information, such as an app-generated identifier, app version, device or session signals, and campaign attribution details. This information may be processed by our service endpoints and attribution service providers, including Adjust. It is not a copy of your local check-ins, notes, comfort photos, or voice notes, and it is not linked to an in-App account because the App does not provide accounts.
Optional Device Features
- Camera access is requested only after you choose to take a comfort photo. You may decline access; a photo you save is kept locally and is not analyzed.
- Photo selection uses Apple’s system picker for the individual image you choose. The App does not request broad photo-library access.
- Microphone access is requested only after you choose to record a voice note. You may decline access; voice notes are kept locally and are not transcribed or analyzed.
- You may export a backup through the system share sheet or import a backup that you select. These actions occur only when you initiate them. Backups include cycle details, plans, and written check-ins; comfort photos and voice notes remain on the device.
Platform Services and Sharing
The App uses Apple-provided services for camera capture, photo picking, audio recording, file selection, and sharing when you choose those features. When you export or share a file, the recipient or service you select handles that file under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your local records.
Retention and Your Choices
Your local records remain on your device until you edit them, replace them through an import, delete them, or erase local data from the App’s settings. You can remove an individual comfort photo or voice note and decline optional permissions. Technical and attribution information is retained according to the applicable service provider’s operational requirements and policies.
Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect the App and its services. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for handling any backup or export file with care.
Children’s Privacy
Deleza is not directed to children. Do not use the App if you are not old enough to consent to data processing under the laws that apply to you.
