A personal timeline
Deleza keeps the profile choices and cycle dates you enter, planned activities, daily feelings, symptom and care-action selections, written reflections and check-in dates. Calendar, history and rhythm summaries use this information in local app storage. These entries may reveal intimate details about your life; choose what you are comfortable keeping on the device.
Comfort Kit images
You can take a Comfort Kit photo or select an image using the system photo picker. Taking a new photo requests camera permission at that point. The picker supplies only the image you select. A saved Comfort Kit image is copied into the app and may be linked to check-ins or care actions. Removing the item also removes its links from those check-ins. It does not erase the original image in Photos.
Voice unload
Recording a voice note requests microphone access only after you choose that control. Audio is saved locally for playback and is not transcribed. You may decline permission and keep a written check-in instead. Replacing a check-in’s recording removes its previous voice file; the app also provides a recording deletion action.
What the backup does and does not carry
The exported JSON backup contains profile information, cycle dates, planned activities and check-in text and selections. Comfort Kit photos and voice recordings are excluded, as are their media links in the portable copy. Sharing the file gives the chosen recipient or service a separate copy of that information. Importing a backup replaces the current snapshot and clears existing Comfort Kit and voice files; those media cannot be recovered from the JSON backup. Exporting is therefore not a complete media backup.
Retention and your local reset
Personal records remain in app storage until you replace, remove or reset them, or the app’s storage is removed. A local reset clears check-ins, plans and media and returns profile settings to their initial state. Cycle dates and summaries are then based on that reset state. iOS backup settings and copies you previously shared are separate from the app’s reset. Consider who can access your device before keeping sensitive reflections or cycle details on it.
Contact about this policy
Opening a policy or terms page sends a normal connection request to the document host, which receives information such as your IP address and browser details. An email to bebmahal29@yahoo.com sends your address and whatever text or attachments you include to support. You can describe a calendar, import or recording issue without sending intimate entries. Changes to this policy are identified by the date on the page; questions can be sent to the same contact.
